i was sued under a "creative" theory of respondeat superior where my mother was sued because she paid for me by leaving me her pension interestingly under the libel theory of internet posting her pension meaning the entire fund was held accountable because they paid for me during the time of the posts with passive income however the theory failed when they took into account my father also pays for me and he was alive and was not contacted
